Forestry breaks

 

For those who like something more active - and a detox from the digital world - we offer customised forestry holidays. Activity days are based at our specially dedicated conifer and broadleaf forest at the foot of the Preseli hills. These forestry breaks are available year round for individuals or small groups, and offer the opportunity to gain experience across a range of forestry activities, such as: 

 

• Coppicing

• Forestry Management

• Splitting and drying wood

• Biomass stoves

 

Our forestry holidays started amongst our network of friends, family and regular visitors. When we acquired a local forest to fuel our biomass heating, we were inundated with offers to help out. Theres nothing better than a few days in the forest to unwind and forget the daily grind of the office.
